Yeah the ATR clutch is the way to go. Cox Motors is generally the cheapest although I'm sure your local Honda should be able to price match it.

When I changed my flywheel over the inside of the gearbox housing was manky with oil and and had contaminated the clutch plate too. At the end of this season everything that hasn't already been changed in there will be swapped out and the seal done as well.

Pic of the end of my crank and the main seal plate after I cleaned all the crud off.

If you look at this pic it looks like its hondabond or similar that used to seal main plate

when we did my clutch i only looked at the round seal and as it was dry i thought it would be ok - i never thought to look at the seal around the plate  thinking about it its probably a fairly common issue but only really has a big effect if its a big enough leak to get onto the friction plate.

Gearbox oil absolutely stinks...you'll know if you rub your fingers in it and then smell your finger...you'll be able to tell.

yep ATR clutch is the way to go - fitted it about a year ago with no issues 8-) little bit more bite than the prelude one but feel totally OEM.
a year ago it was £135 plus vat and the prelude clutch was £300+ both from Honda
like the others have said just go to your local Honda dealership say youve seen them at cox motors and they should match the price.
