Stubby ratchet spanner did it for me. I was also able to lie on my back under the car and reach up to them ;)

dont have the time or the help available - only got bout 2hrs per evening after putting the little lad to bed and loosing the light - would make things far longer and more difficult.

yep exactly this, managed to use a stubby little ratchet spanner this eve and got the b*stard off!!

btw @Vtecmec i must have missed unplugging the knock sensor too as its come appart :facepalm:

ah well, i think i can choose to ignore it using the Hondata, otherwise its pretty cheap to replace - huge bolt holding it in though :shock:

*edit. ordered a replacement knock sensor just now, I could have disabled it in the Hondata but id rather be safe than sorry.
