What do people think the maximum torque a n/a fully forged h22 engine will likey produce,
will it be over 250nm (189ft lb) or 420nm (310ft lb)

Why not build the wngine up as much as u can, 250bhp is easy, then stick a nitrous setup on it take it to guy at cpl and let him work his magic?
You need to spend about £8-10k to achieve 300whp, on a 95mm crank setup.
Bc do a stroker kit for 100mm crank setup and 90mm pistons i think, but youd need sleeving on, and rosko have done a 99mm crank setup using the k24 crank which is the cheaper option.
