so if have understood everyone properly and I undo the very bottom fork bolt (leaving the fork on the end of the shock) the LCA should drop down? And with brake line bolts and the top bolts under the bonnet removed I should be able to pull the shock and spring unit out? ..on the front's, that is.

The rears sound easy enough..

Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh yeah. Just slacken the top mount nuts slightly so as the shock isn't rigid. This should give you a bit of play, so the fork doesn't bind on it.

That was a joke yesterday! :suicide:
I'll post the pics of her Buddy Clubs tonight, subject title something like: 'DO NOT BUY BUDDY CLUBS!'

Oh I know mate it was abit of a task! Felt like a bro hug was needed when I was leaving lol! Had a good laugh though so its all good :)

I hate to do it but ill just point out that the front passanger side and rar drivers side (the sides we did my way) were uber faster than the other two  :scaredtoss: or they would have been if it werent for those balljoints (still think that was an absolute touch of class on your part lol)
