Best way to ship wheels
Okay...
This is probably going over old ground but I have seen some rims on fleabay and was wondering what is the best method
To organize shipping as the seller won't do it.
The wheels R in Wales and I need the shipped to west midlands.
Can anyone help or Is their a website to use...

Hi @Rudlude. I've used this company to ship things point to point in the UK as well as internationally and they have been bloody marvellous. You could do no worse than drop them a line or call them to see how much they'll charge.
They're called Elite Shipping and they're based in Chesterfield.
Telephone: +44 1246 451 231
Contact: Julie Renshaw (very professional and extremely helpful)

Try them mate, like I said, they've been extremely helpful and efficient the times I've used them.
Good luck with getting your wheels.

This is only going to cause more of a headache for the seller if they don't organise it themselves. They still have to wrap, measure and weigh everything (The hardest part), and it would only take 5 minutes to arrange the collection and delivery of the wheels at a time they know is convienient to them... But now instead, they'll have to message back and forth with yourself in order to get an address handed over, decide on a convient time, and then once you've organised it, most likely get a shipping label forwarded to them, then they'll have to rush about because you've essentially put the pressure on.Rudelude wrote:the seller won't do it.
Paisley Freight and for a really quick price comparison Parcel2go.com

Thanks All, I think I used paisley freight many many years ago, just couldn't recall the name.
I'll try the others too and yes the packaging will be a concern,
Let's see what happens.
To be fair I'll prob just end up refurbing them.
They are 17" motegis. Very cheap. Hence im investigating the shipping for the seller.
But I got a feeling he may have the can't be arsed

Paisley Freight just contract it out, as to who collects your wheels depends on the luck of the draw. They didn't turn up twice when i bought my EP3 wheels, luckilly the chap selling them was working from home that week so he didn't waste 3 days (like what i had to waste) waiting at home for the courier.
Paisley Freight couldn't have been any less helpful if they tried.
