Usually wheels are £55 +vat refurbed for 17". BUT you will want them powercoating. Its a must IMO.
Also that blue strip is a strip. Its not painted on. See if you can but a genuine wed sports sticker rim.

I just got my 17" Work wheels powdercoated in Titanium.

Cost me £55 each.

They were easily in as bad shape as the Weds you want, if not worse. But turned out amazing
