3rd gear vtec to 5th.....crrrrrrrrk! But, and this a big old but, the general day to day gear changes are now superbly smooth! 8-)

So for that alone I'm glad I used it. Better than any other ? No idea  and Type-S bods - you need 2.2 US qts ;)
Good that its smoothed the day to day stuff
I hope 3rd gear vtec into 5th is only for testing your gear box as i cant think when i have ever had to use the gears in that sequence

I should also say ive got amsoil in for the first time and it does feel smooth but any fluid change would have that effect - also i had/have no 5th gear grind so i wont cast a vote in the poll.

I should be receiving my Torco MTF tomorrow. Found a UK supplier 8-)

Will update once it's in the box.

I have changed my vote now to "It has improved it a lot, but not completely cured it." As at high speeds, shifting into 5th has developed a slight grind again. Still nothing like it was, and still silky smooth at anything below 4.5k, where as before it would grind at any revs.

Torco are rated fairly highly and they make an octane booster that apparently will add something like 6 points to the RON so Momentum 99 would become 105RON hehehe. Also worth looking at Millers oils, read in Banzai or Jap Performance the 900 odd bhp cyber evo started using the nano tech one and stopped busting gearboxes, previously they bust almost one 'box per race lol thats gotta say something
