Box of love and mystery

Whilst cutting the sh1t out of my bumper and support bar i discovered something I'd long forgotten about, a box, a mystery box of love. Its located in the centre of the bumper support bar behind the bumper.

WTF is it and do i need it?

Its a JDM 4th gen, or was.

isnt that the relay for the for the fogs or something??? i seem to remember that box was identified some time ago
