Climate control is a big job and certainly one that takes a long time You'll have to take out the whole dash out to do it properly.
You will need the climate control unit, few sensors (one in the front bumper, one near the windscreen and one alone the steering wheel column) and also lots of different components for the unit.. Very big job but it's doable.
Acoustic Feedback system is the premier speaker system. If I remember correctly, if you use an aftermarket stereo then your feedback system won't work (but there is a way to bypass it).. I have it in my prelude along with OEM cassette player and it works awesome.
Thing about retro fitting all these JDM bits on to a UKDM takes a lot of time, money and a lot of resources. Hence why I would chose a JDM car all the time as it comes standard with all of them
