Need some legal help - I've been scammed.

Yes Shipley has removed them from their list.

First thing I'll try is the bank to ask if they can help me out, as it's the closest (2min walk from my house) then fraud department at the police station and then trading standards.. I may have legal cover in my home insurance but need to check with dad first.

Firs thing my dad will say is "why you always buying jobby for the car that you don't need and this is what happens blah blah."

Thanks guys for the reply back, it's only £94 but it's a lot for me and who knows how many other people have been scammed through this mofo..

Exactly. Defo give Action Fraud a call bud. They do actually care

94 squid is 94 squid mate. Doesn't matter the amount, theft/fraud is theft/fraud.

Just went to my bank now to ask for advice.. As some of you said, they don't care. They said we are only the bank and we did what you told us to do which was to transfer the money..

Next step. Police or trading standards ?

Doesn't sound like a ltd company to me because there's not co reg no or vat etc. He's probably a sole trader which may be better for you because he's personally liable.

You can check company names, directors etc at the Companies House web site.
