Fujitsubo 3rd pipe
As mansioned, I am looking for Fujitsubo 3rd pipe.... headers, down pipe and the third pipe. I know that this is not a problem to be made... PM with reasonable offers

There is yes. I can never quite remember quite what though as there was lots if confusion about it for years.
There is definitely a variety of cat lengths. I think there is a subtle difference in catback lengths between 4th and 5th's, but it is minor and one has an extra hanger.
So I think the majority of the different cat lengths are absorbed in the downpipe lengths.
Someone will have to confirm that though.
I normally go custom with exhausts so I never really need to know

Look here for the different Cat lengths...

As you can see there's 14cm between the shortest and longest.

You're certainly best off going the custom route. I actually had the 3rd pipe you need for sale for the best part of a year. No-one wanted it, and then in one weekend two members asked for it! I only got it by chance (Someone thought it was part of the Mugen header I bought from them), so it's certainly not an item you're likely to see for sale on it's own again
