Yes. Even with an added extra mid silencer and a jetex noise reducer it's too loud for me.mr_drc wrote:You swapping your one though?RattyMcClelland wrote:Exact same exhaust rich made me.
How you finding it? You have the bonus of the turbo muffling the noise. My hytech header is so straight noise just doesn't cancel out.

Not driven it that much tbh took her down to Cambridge the other week and the exhaust wasn't to bad at all most of the time you are just costing in normal traffic and it is a noisier when you are off the throttle!RattyMcClelland wrote:Yes. Spoilerless with the Motegi kit is certainly a winner, but for ducktail pics, scroll partway down here...mr_drc wrote:With the spoiler off !

Re: The lude that had two turbo builds
I've already got the duck tail nafe it is a lot bigger than I was expecting if I'm honest still not sure I do like it without the rear spoiler as I have the high one anyway I was expecting the duck tail to be more suitable if I'm honest!NafemanNathan wrote:Spoilerless with the Motegi kit is certainly a winner, but for ducktail pics, scroll partway down here...mr_drc wrote:With the spoiler off !

Getting to the time of year where I tuck her away going to upgrade brakes more, just wondering what you are running in front and how you are finding it?

Those are good numbers. Same as mine actually!
Low boost Its at 12 psi and 495hp. Not driven the full 17psi 556hp yet to be honest. ( yes a bit scared)
You really don’t need more.
I am going to tune it down in the low gears as Its hard to control in 2&3rd gear.
Hoping for 350 in the first 3 gears, 450 in 4th, 550 in 5th.
(With an switch to go all in at 556 ofcource
)
Your not driving it on the track are you?
Ive been looking into brakes for ages.
Nearly went for a 3500€ Stoptech setup.
But deceided to give D2 ( same as Ksport) a try.
Using 330x32 slotted rotors and 8 pot ( race spec so no dust seals) calipers.
At the moment Im using the D2 race pads that are similar to the Ferodo DS3000. Fluid is ATE super Blue racing dot 4.
And they work Fantastic!
Good feel, No heat problems at all!
For road use do NOT use race spec pads.
For race/track use do NOT get the drilled rotors.
