Hans (Sailor) has kindly taken the reins this year.
I've not done any shows this year, was hoping to get my jobby together for SJ and organise it but it never happened.
Not sure if I can even make SJ which is a bugger as I love the show. Might have a last minute change of mind though. Got Waxstock the week before but I'm exhibiting there with work so can't really get out of that one.

I'm also thinking of going to a show the weekend before.

Sorry haven't been on the forum for ages. Do we need to get the tickets our self ? or are we doing a group booking?

You have to buy your own "Participant" ticket Tintin.
Hans is organising the club stand and SJ will email him the club stand passes about a week before. The idea then is to meet up before the show nearby, distribute the stand passes and all arrive together. They do say that there is no guarantee you will be on the stand unless you all arrive together. This hasn't been a problem in the past though, as long as you have a club stand pass on you when you arrive. They've ended up splitting up the convoy at the gate for the last couple of years anyway.

So we need to follow this link then...

There was no where as such to say what club you're part of, but I did put "Lude Generation" under Business/Company. Otherwise how do they know how many club stands to issue out? Does Hans have to request a specific number?

Yeah, a week or two before, Hans will need to email SJ with the number of car spaces needed for the stand. SJ then organise the layout (usually sticking the ATRs and Ludes in the farthest corner
).

I've been in touch with the Beaulieu Events Team to reserve a joint space, giving the club name as "Lude Generation and AccordR.org"NafemanNathan wrote: ↑Mon Jul 08, 2019 2:46 pmThere was no where as such to say what club you're part of, but I did put "Lude Generation" under Business/Company. I've asked for 11 cars.
Our list so far:-
1. Sailor (in the ATR, with a bit of luck?)
2. Ratty (in S660 most likely or Prelude Type S)
3. Nitin (Prelude S-Spec)
4. Nathan (in a black car)
5. Honda-Hardy (Black Type-S)
6. Norks27 (Ficus Green)
7. Beermonsterblack (ATR?)
8. Aceman144 (ATR?)
My email to Beaulieu includes the line:
We have for the past three years been allotted a space toward the fringes of the event. For this year, could you please find us a location nearer to the centre of the action?
We'll see.
