I honestly cannot see the point in putting a huge hole in the side of the block when the top end has more than enough capacity to vent blow by gasses. I'd be happy with 300-350 bhp, and a jobby load of torque....... .

Yep should be good for that I think you will be up near 380+ myself, they do make a lot of pressure I blew my rocker seal out b4 modifications and custom can!
If it looks like jobby and smells like jobby it probably is jobby!

I've started fitting all the ancillary stuff to the car in preparation for the winter build, swapping as much before the full engine so that I can reduce the amount of probing I have to do when I fit it and inevitably it doesn't start.
