just to clarify my answer

ukdm cats are bigger
ukdm center sections are smaller

jdm cats are smaller
jdm center sections are bigger

that one will fit, the reason they say uk fitment only is because of the SLIGHTLY different stud pattern on the downpipe ----> cat join but as i said, you can make it fit easy

im gonna just keep this to 4th gens because i know 5th's DO have different length downpipes but ive got a feeling its only the type s/sh that has a longer downpipe to accommodate the atts gubbins
