Favourite number plate makers?

Post by bb1boy » Mon Jun 11, 2012 10:05 am

Does anyone have a favourite online number plate maker?

I need to order a couple of odd size plates for my lude but there are loads of plate makers listed online!

Does anyone have any experiences they can speak of, good or bad?

Thanks
Adam

Demon Plates don't do the size I need, the front one needs to be 310x150mm to fit the plate mount thing :(

That is a great price. I always use Craig's Plates. Really great quality.

I think I've used Demon plates once before. I had the Honda logo on a black background down the left hand side of the plate. They literally printed on the logo and black background seperately, stuck it on the plate and then laminated it. So you could see/feel the step and it looked jobby. Don't know if they've changed their methods now, and this obviously wouldn't matter if you simply don't have a side image, but just thought I'd mention it to save disappointment.

Interesting. Simplyplates offer club discount. Shall I drop them a message?

if you enter code: "jtoos" you get 20% off and that is an ongoing offer..
I'm going for plain plates with my registration number on and nothing else, no slogans/borders/backgrounds so hopefully it won't go wrong ..I just hope I typed my reg plate in correctly!!
