Alex: took note this morning, starts and idles at about 1200, but drops very quickly to basically 1000, it did come up a couple of times to 1200 again, not hunting just like a power demand, then that was it. I did notice I had the aircon on though, so will try again tonight with it off.

OK nice one, thanks for the update. Sounds a little like mine, it doesn't hunt it just sits a little higher than the usual 750-800 for a couple minutes after start up :)

How are you finding the drive?

Ah ok. I'll keep an eye too and report anything else.

Totally loving the drive. Had a bunch of jobs yesterday with plenty of miles between them, so it got a bit of country roads, bit of round town and a bit of dual carriageway. It's great, a pliable GT with toys and then a firmed up road racer when you demand it. I have always liked the ride from the Konis / Tanabes and polybush, but its like having the power now adds to the whole Jekyll and Hyde nature of it.
Only trouble is I'm out every night this week as different mates/rels want a spin lol.

I'm properly in love with it, as you can probably tell

It's all good mate, same here! I really need to get my profile sorted out tho :?

I love the vtec noise I get now, it sounds really good on the overrun too :) more like a race car now

The petrol tho  I move back to my dad's 3 miles away from work, I enjoy driving it so much I still end up doing the same mileage as when I was 20 miles from work

Yeah ditto, the overrun is 8-)
I'm not finding mpg too bad actually, in fact on a run I think its marginally better  Time will tell, once I've put a few more miles on it I'll have a better idea.
Obviously when you get lead foot you can go through it quick, but I can live with that

Not sure there's much chance of that... He's already had it 10 years and I believe he's just shed the largest sum of money on it yet and got it running better than ever!

Yeah I don't blame him, it's the epitome of the prelude imo, best colour & spec.
