Anyone used this on alloy wheels before? Is it any good? I like the price, but it does look a bit "Halfordsy" :?

I used the uPol stuff, but it's double the price!

i used this stuff when i refurb my wheels, i get it alot cheaper than that @ about £8 a can

Theyre still selling some upol stuff at my local garage - they have the acid etch primer for under £4 for 500ml can but it says its for trim so guess its suitable for plastics only...... :?
