Give me some wheely good ideas...

Post by Shiny » Wed Jun 27, 2012 10:17 am

I've got the itch to do something else to the Accord and i'm thinking about wheels.

In an world where my lottery ticket came in, i'd be bunging on some Gram Light 57s...

I need some ideas of similar wheels to the ones i like.

Rota Grid gunmetal with a polished lip also gets me hard -

The Inovits on my old Lude were lush too, although i feel that i will need 6 spokes on the ATR

So come on chaps, i'm a bit out of touch with wheels, so bung some at me. Not interested in multispokes as i cant be arsed to clean them. I'm still edging toward a polished lip as i'm a bit stuck in the past and i like what i like.

They will be going on the old ATR...

I love the look of EuroR wheels:

If you can get them, they already come in dark grey (anthracite) and lower your car, that would be epic. 8-)

Personally I wouldn't buy a polished lip (especially on a Rota wheel). They end up corroding :(

Personally I wouldn't buy Rotas full stop... And I don't like polish lips, so maybe I'm not the best person to recommend you any

Too many spokes Nitin.

The polished lip isn't essential, the car may even look better without them. I tend to clean the car once a week, so hopefully i'd be able to keep on top of them and keep them protected.

I've heard some horror stories about Rotas, but the Grids do look lush. 8-) Doesn't have to be Rotas, but something in this kind of style.

I've no objection to anyone photoshopping suggestions on their car for me either

Shiny these will look good as well (don't know what they are but would look nice on your Black paint work)

Nitin, I'm guessing 57SX's? Similar to the first pic in my post.

The Gram Light/Rays are gorgeous, but drokking expensive!
