Get out there tonight and start soaking the nuts in WD40 for the main lower arms (not the 4WS steering arms)
Thats if your reusing them. If your not resusing them just drop the whole 4WS motor, lower arms, and steering arms in one lump
Getting the 4WS motor off should be easy going as the bolts go straight into the chassis.

Not re-using any of it so can 'just' drop it in one lump then & make sure all the joints are separatedMerlin wrote:Get out there tonight and start soaking the nuts in WD40 for the main lower arms (not the 4WS steering arms)Thats if your reusing them. You have to undo the top, bottom, and steering arm balljoints first to get the knuckle out of the way. If you dont remove the kuckle first you risk damaging the balljoints, especailly the top one.
Once you get the knuckles out of the way your left with the 4WS version of these bits to lower off the car:
The 2WS setup

Make sure you have a couple of spare jacks so you can safely lower the 4WS motor.
Have you got brand new nuts and bolts for the main lower arm and toe arms where the attach to the subframe? If not I suggest getting these pronto. You could always fit the old ones and replace with new once they arrive with Honda. When I did my suspension work I only replaced the broken bolts, I quickly found out afterwards that replacing all of them would have been the correct thing to do in the first place.

could possibly only need a reset
if its main angle sensor or something, I would say yeah junk it

I was going to get rid to save a few lbs anyway to be hoest so not overly concerned with fixing it.
As for bolts, I have the full set from cebul which are in very good condition so would hope they'd be ok
