Well I had the most disappointing phone conversation this afternoon. All set to claim the £544.17 I didn't know I had until early this afternoon back, and also ask to reduce my monthly payments, I was only informed that that money was the money accumilated monthly from myself since the last bill to pay the next bill, which coincidentally was collated today!

Turns out, the online side of things doesn't necessarily update for up to 72 hours
Does seem a very strange way of doing things, so I will be checking back online in the the next couple of days to check this is the case. Turns out I am in credit though... But only by £5 something, and my monthly bills had already been adjusted to go down by £6, so that's something at least.
