Cylinder head codes

Post by M@dds » Thu Sep 13, 2012 7:38 pm

Hey all, ive been looking into porting etc and bought another cylinder head.

My current installed engine has p13 hf-2 on its cylinder head

And the other one has p13 hf-1

Does anyone know what the differences are between these heads and what version car the p13 hf-1 is from? I read that the p13 is jdm and the p5p is a type s head can anyone point me in the right direction and have any ideas?

ATR is PDE, I think the stock a5 head is P5M & I think you're right with the type s head

Nope Type S head is P13-HF-1. As stamped on my head in the car now. Above the 4th Exhaust manifold on the passenger side. :ugeek:
