Wouldn't need a mould. If you got a flat bottom lip can just make a flat part and cut to shape then bolt it onto the bumper. Also, tramroad has a 4g I can get dimensions off.

I had a good idea for a height adjustable splitter which could be of use to you...

In a perfect situation I'd like the splitter to be detachable from the lip as when the splitter isnt on I'd like the car to still look decent.
