Cigarette lighter for a 4th gen

Sadly I have no use for a USB port as cool as that little device is, and I had a starter button in one of my old ludes. Found it one of the most completely pointless things ever!
You have to put the key in the ignition, turn it the first two clicks... And then push the starter button! It's so mush easier just to turn the key the extra third
I need to be able to remove whatever I eventually plug the hole with so as I can plug the Satnav in which uses a cigarette lighter socket. I never use the actual cigarette lighter, but want a pretty one so it doesn't let down the rest of the interior, which will be mint once I've finished with it
