Jaffa stages tomorrow at the Welsh motorsport centre Pembrey.
I got 3 escorts and a nova all wearing the tramroadmotors banner so it's going to be a long and busy day I think.
Congratulations to vtecmec for winning May/June's Lude Of The Month, with his DIY Turbo BB1 build.

Cheers first time out in over a year for the Honda powered escort and first time out with the cosworth engine in the mk1 so we may need a bit of luck. as for the weather it's flooded down there at the moment with more rain forecast for the afternoon .mercutio wrote:good luck buddyhope its stays dry for you

good day had by some not so good for others. me? im fecking over the moon. cracking day, its poured with rain, i got soaked to the skin, i didn't pick a spanner up all day. i got 2 very happy customers,1 that finished 35th overall and 6th in his class in the little nova and 1 that finished 11th overall and 4th in class in that poo escort.
1 happy customer (honda S2000 engined escort mk 2) who didn't get an entry but was offered a course car run and enjoyed himself for free, and a mk 1 escort with a freshly built cosworth engine with near zero oil pressure (that i didn't build) and a retirement after stage 1.
ok no pots at all but we won the welsh tarmac championship with the mk2 escort about 10 years ago with a previous owner and to have it back 18 months ago with a new owner and get a result today has put me on top of the world in such a competitive class.
HAPPY is an understatement

thats a major sore point atm ...... i got the sample down the garage and i will share it with you the next time im down there but only via a pm. print on t shirts, hoodies and the like are stunning but fleecies have to be embroidered and you have to pay a set up fee for all the work that goes into setting up the machine to stitch in the "hundreds of thousands of stitches that go in to an embroidered piece" what a joke....i will show you tomorow but i don't want it broadcast.
