It looks good although there is no mention about rust. More than likely it will have som e rust somewhere so I would ask about it. If its clean and you can get it for under a grand all the better.

Welcome to the forum mate,

Looks decent and a pretty low mileage, just do the usual checks with regards to rust, VTEC engaging and suspension due to the uprated wheels.

Also, get some interior pics if possible, it says leather but the condition is another matter.

Other than that, it looks like a good buy :)

Looks clean. Its an Si tho, not a Type S, the Type S is a 5th generation model ;)

Check for rust on the rear arches as that's the most common issue with Preludes, also look out for 5th gear crunch. I'm not a 4th genner so not sure if this model has 4ws :?: but if it does...make sure the 4ws light comes on and then goes out when ignition is turned.

Sorry, do you mean you're considering buying this 4th gen in a couple of weeks to tide you over until you buy a Type-S in the foreseeble future, or that you're considering buying this 4th gen now to tide you over until you buy a Type-S in a couple of weeks? :?

Either way, that one looks tidy, and just going by the colour and the wheels, it looks like it belongs to the guy I sold my old set of wheels too, though can't remember his name  He's got a profile on here though I think, so I'll go have a looksee for you.

Do you know this, or are you guessing Nitin? It just seems mad to buy a car (unless you actually don't have one and need one) to only sell it again a couple weeks later to buy a car you want :?

Pic's of a just washed car can hide a lot of paint work issues, just saying

I know this as Lude666 has messaged me a couple of times in the past to ask serious questions about getting a Type-S.. 8-) 8-)

I know what you are saying about buying this just for the sake of it. :geek:
