Internal drive wheel nuts

Post by bennyboy » Tue Jan 29, 2013 11:13 am

Anyone got any recommendations?
Getting the wheels refurbished soon so it seems like a good time to switch to some of these, as the wheel nut recess is a bit tight anyway.
More concerned with strength rather than weight, the current ones are oem so they are not going to be any heavier than that!
Seen these:

Any thoughts? Ta chaps

I had a set of those. In the end I didnt use them as I snapped two wheel studs when trying to install them for the first time. It was most likely that my studs were weak and rusty anyway, but didnt use the new nuts again :?.

Got a set of Ultralites on mine. Never had any issues with them sticking or cracking.

I'll be running steel ones on the track lude though.

Yeah, I'm probably paranoid, but just don't fancy the idea of skimping on strength in such an important place!

Quite like the chrome rather than black, but any opinions on these?

For the price of them why not try the cheapo ones? Should be around £20 delivered?
