What do you know, it turns out there is some justice in the world!…
After the best part of two years, having been contacted by CID, given statements, given evidence and received god knows how ever many court summons after they caught the fecker and each court date got adjourned, the bell-end finally pleaded guilty back in August!
...
… And finally got sentenced today! (After missing his first sentencing, which resulted in a warrant out for his arrest and missing his second sentencing with the aid of a medical note from his partner
).
He’s opted to pass up on a prison sentence and instead receives community service and has been ordered to pay back £4250. And bloody guess what!… £350 of that is going to me!!!
£3.50 a month or what, I’m chuffed to bits! I never thought I’d see any of that money again!

well I've just read this and damn, I know it was a few years ago but it goes to show there are very very few people that will directly transfer money to folk without the aid of Credit Card insurance or Paypal.
Recently had to get a refund through Paypal due to not receiving goods.
Although you may be getting it back in dribbs and drabs your still getting it back. Well done man
