Wheels, offset, etc - advice please guys
Right, I'm looking at another set of track wheels (yes, more! I know!) for the lude and I'm wondering if the specs will be way off.
They are 17" x 9J with a +22.5 offset. I know a couple of guys on here are going 9J with some arch rolling, other mods, etc. What do you think, am I daydreaming here or is it possible with whatever work? I've rolled arches now on my Mazda, so wouldn't shy away from rolling and flaring the arches. Might be able to get another 30mm clearance, 40mm with an aggressive flare.

@cebul
Thanks for any help in advance,
Rob

Rob I've just test fitted my 16x9 et50 rears and they don't look to bad, if anything the inner tyre clearance is more of a problem for me. Your extra 27.5 mm is goin to put ur lip outside of the arch on the rear, a slight stretched tyre and alot of arch rolling should just about clear.
I won't be able to fit them till next week so time will tell, I haven't even attempted them on the front but I'll try for you

Well you've seen my Grenades trial fitted and they're 17x9J et +15
So not too too far from what you're looking at. Obviously means yours will be 12.5mm further inset, so have another look at my pics to give you a better idea...

I've not gotten around to lifting the wheels up in the arches to see how much I need to roll/cut yet, but it all looks doable to me

Mmm...forgot you'd posted pics.
I'll be honest its probably too much for me. Looks like the fronts will give you the most work, rears aren't too bad.
I've got my refurbed Volks for looks/shows and then a spare set for track days (Antera Stealths). So if I dumped the Antera's and got these, when swapping the Volks back, they'll just look stupid. Might give them a miss, but the wheels are
