Sometimes I think I should just sell up all my parts and just buy a Prelude like this. It'd probably save me spending the cost of this car on top of what I've already spent, and I'd actually have a race-spec'd 4th gen I could drive!
... But I just won't do it!
Still it's a great price and a Prelude like this should sell for at least this! Godzilla, I hope you don't come down in price anymore.
... And welcome to the club

If you use P28, you must have done tuning. So why not putting the curves to the add? I never believe the HP number is true, if I don't see the graph. And I never saw a similar build (11.5 pistons, Pro2 cams, port, shaft delete, intake, exhaust...) making more than 240's.
I believe everything about your car, the story quite proves it, it's just a suggestion.
Things I was looking for when I opened the add:
1. Engine curves
2. Engine specs
3. Pics, etc...

I have to agree with Froidas about including dyno charts as I would be interested in seeing them, especially as it is making 270bhp without higher compression forged pistons and rods. On saying that, it also gives me hope for what might be possible with my own build!
Lovely car though, according to the figures you have given 0-60 should be around 4.9 seconds!! If I had the cash I would be VERY tempted!
