If you have a splitter as low as you should do, you'll struggle to get into the fields where we park bud ;)
Ahh your always one step ahead Nafe..

D2 are fine for fast road but standard damper settings
are too soft for track use

I spent the day on Saturday get the car rolling again and tweaking some bits.

I drained what remained of my gearbox oil (there was well over a liter still in there thankfully) and there was no metal on the magnetic plug or in the fluid. It looks like the gearbox has survived. I dove the car a couple of meters so I have drive again  Opie Oils was all out of Amsoil MTF so I have used Honda MTF3 this time to go with the Fuchs Silkolene LSD oil.

I cleaned up some of my birds nest wiring for my switch panel and installed new switches for rear screen de-mister and to turn on the Hondata S300's data logging feature.

In the pics from the last track day you can see that the splitter is missing its rubber lip. I bought a new one and with the glue gun attached it. It looks much better now but I don't have a proper pic atm.

I do have this pic though, covered in bug splat from the last track day.

Less than a week until the next round of SLS. More tweaking was done over the weekend, just little bits, getting the car running just right. Took the car out for a proper run and everything is cool. The data logging on the Hondata S300 works great. I was having a good play around with it.

Due to being so low now the car scrapes when going up ramps like at the wheel alignment place and going onto Steve's flat loader trailer. While some of the traction bar scrapes it is mostly one of the the traction bar's towing points that scraped, so I removed them:

Some pics of the camera setup, inc the latest switches on my switch panel (not so pretty but it's functional ;)):

Power is supplied via the switch

The switch powers the motorcycle USB connector above/behind the passengers head

Which in-turn powers the camera itself
