yep royal mail, the problem with these online parcel firms is they use 3rd party curriers and this just adds another link in the chain to go wrong. they are easyer, but you could also book direct with the currier though, it may be more expensive but this does shorten the chain thus reducing the likelyhood of data going astray. using royal mail is a trip out though and to lazy fookers thats abit to much :lol: but parcel force (part of royal mail) can collect and to be fair parcel force or royal mail aint that much more expensive (infact for smaller parcels they are cheaper)and also offer a tracking service.

always try to use parcelforce never had any issues apart from once when i sent type s cams to dan they disapeared but arrived delivered by royal mail without a signature i could have claimed if i was dishonest and dan could have denied getting them if he wasnt as honest as he was/is

I tend to use royal mail for most things. It's only large parcels I go to these comparison site companies as Parcel Force tend to quote silly amounts.
