I was thinking about cleaning mine, not because it's sticking but just for reassurance. :?

Well, I cleaned mine before I had the manifold fitted, and after the manifold was fitted my idle is a constant 1000 RPM, never changes. Not sure if something is bust inside or they didn't fit it correctly (they're a good garage so I'm sure they fitted it fine... )

So I'd recommend leaving it if it's working!

I would reccomend this also, there are little rubber o-rings in there to be lost or damaged if you open it up.

Isn't that a good thing that your idle is constant? :?

Okay, I'll leave it alone.
What about the FITV? Should I clean/adjust that?
