I used to work for them for just over 10 years and the service is head and shoulders above bt broadband which I had for a few years

Switched my home phone and broadband to plus net and have freeview +HD (can still pause, rewind, record tv), I'm only missing a few channels but I'm saving £40 a month!!

Or just go for the straight cable broadband with no phone line you can get from Virgin and save even more...

(I've managed very happily without a landline phone for

16 years now!)

Virgin are supposed to be ringing me back at 9.30 tonight lets see what happens now. That is 3hours 27 minutes on to them now.
