Have you got the rest of the DSP setup unit that goes with the centre dash speakers?

And Oi! Passing dispersions on the condition of my centre speaker!!! :bat:

;)
(I presume you mean how faded the grille is is? Yep it's not great, same as the rear speaker covers in both cars. I'll get round to re-dying them eventually...)

I plan to replace the centre drivers themselves, seeing as I'll be replacing the rest of the speakers anyway (knackered through age).
Any chance you can measure what size of those centre drivers are (diameter) before you fit it please?
Yea I'll get those measurements for you man, if you see my project thread, I re trimmed my rear and door speakers, also if you turn the covers upside down there like brand new, then just re stick them,

Yea I have the rear speaker but haven't put it in the Ba8, I don't know if I will put it in. Also the gathers unit sits in this tray:

And that sat in this rear centre armrest:

It all looks messy there just laying in the BB4,

Seen two 4gs in the scrappy with electric seats recently ... both really manky and not worth having.

I have a centre dash speaker lying in the garage - never quite plucked up the courage to saw a hole in the dash for it! :)

Never knew the corner lights were supposed to come on with indicators ... I just plumbed mine into the sidelights. I just think I'm the dog's bollox with 10 lights on the front of the car on full beam (I also wired up my fogs to come on with beam). :P

What about this one ... I have a dash-dimming rotary switch thingy that fits in the wee 3-switch thing to the right of the steering wheel. Apparently it's USDM. Got mine from a bloke in Canada. I run two fog switches and the dimmer from there now (had a coin tray thing originally).

If Shiny is a hoarder, he's a very neat hoarder!

(Don't they get a bit hot in the roof of the garage though? Tapes don't like heat!)
:? Unless of course there's another storey on top, instead of a flat roof, of course...

Measured those speakers for you man, there 63mm diameter, with no real give either side because of the screw mounting, same size or better quality smaller unit, but I'm doubtfull you will get small speakers with brackets built on to them that can be bent to meet the original mounting points.

could you not have a look at some pc speakers like these.

rip them apart and rob the woofers out. then if they are smaller you could cut the frame of the originals and drop them in with some araldite.
