IMO it was correct that the Porsche driver was penalised. The Clio was up the inside of him, you cant try and muscle someone off the track. It may have been an honest mistake by the Porsche driver, he may not have realised that the Clio was so close. It is hard to gauge how close things are you are ragging it with reduced view.

I don't think the Porka driver rammed him off the road or tried to shut the door, I think he was just completely out of talent in the car and didn't have a clue the Clio was coming up the inside.
Looks to me like he was just moving across and because he's a knob, he did it too aggressively (again) meaning he lost the back end (again). That's something he does repeatedly throughout the footage, whether he has someone up the inside or no-where near them.
So the Porka driver was dangerous and deserved to be punished because he doesn't know what he's doing and can't control the car, but didn't deliberately cause the accident, IMO.
Nasty crash though, that's some deceleration...
He clio driver is a bit sanctimonious sounding, but I can understand him feeling aggrieved...
