Hi Paul, yes, it's probably an infringement of their human rights. (What? There's a human right to litter?) I say good for the authorities in Singapore. Round 'em up and get them to clean up the crap they and their ilk have created.
Pity they don't do it here either as littering is rife.
Congratulations to vtecmec for winning May/June's Lude Of The Month, with his DIY Turbo BB1 build.

Some of the Neanderthals around here may look human(ish) but that's as far as it goes. About 3 years ago a couple in a Nissan sat more or less outside my house eating Kentucky Chicken with the engine running and out of the window came the boxes(this was about 11.00pm.)
I waited till about 1 00am and walked 4 doors down to where the girl lived and proceeded to lean on the bell. Father came to the door and I said "Your Daughter and her boyfriend seem to have dropped these and I thought she might like them back" I handed them to the half asleep man and bimbled off. I got to the end of the drive before the shouting started!
Next day the shamefaced girl came to apologise.I never saw the boyfriend again.

I have kleptomania,
But when it gets bad,
I take something for it.

It's more likely dodgy tradesmen (builders and house clearance etc) who've been paid to dispose of the rubbish but don't want to do the final bit where they have to pay to dispose of it (they can't use the local tip, they have to use a trade site).mercutio wrote:people too lazy to take stuff to the local tip
