Correct, and neither is flood unless added as a z clause or there are trigger levels in the WI. ;) Though if your on an option E then it sits with the Employer anyway and under option C you'll share it. I think I've just ruined this thread........

No, flood isn't, but rainfall is ( :think: days of 5mm above, IIRC at this late time of night!) which we definitely have had many of. Fortunately they're too busy banging in completely BS claims to think of lining up something valid like that! :lol:
