lude electrics are normally pretty good check there is no water in the boot or signs of water they are not going to let you take off the skirts like in the pic above but you can try pushing up on the skirt see if you can hear the rust

And first thing you do when you buy it... Clear out the sunroof drains inside the rear arches, then rust proof inside the rear arches with some good runny spray rust proofer like dynitol or bolt hamber.
