@atr84 - Interestingly enough when I wrote the post earlier, I also thought the new lude could rival the GT86 as well.
Everything seems to be turbo'd nowadays, but theres nothing better than a high revving NA engine imo.
Funnily enough there were some press conferences about a new lude being released and there were some concept pictures of it as well. If I remember correctly its going have the CTR engine.

Have a look at it - I think the 6g looks a lot like a 4g.
Congratulations to vtecmec for winning May/June's Lude Of The Month, with his DIY Turbo BB1 build.

It's what a Prius would look like with a GT86 front!Free Ranj Egg wrote:

Nah, can't see it at all. I was chatting to the Honda UK guy at Goodwood FOS about the new NSX and asked about other cars they might have in the pipeline (and specifically asked about a lude of course) and he was pretty sure it wouldn't be happening, basically.Free Ranj Egg wrote:Do you think Honda will make a 6g?

Shame it's all gone turbo with the hatches and super sedans but Vtec really was a late 80's early 90's thing and it all moves on but we don't have to
Honda won that race over and over.
I have had many a chance to upgrade to a bigger engine car more modern car and still couldn't be arsed and this is the land of forced induction and v8's but i have as much fun as any of them.
Don't think i'll ever be without a 4g for the rest of my life which hopefully will be for a longtime
An airbag and some newer crash protection would be nice but i'll take my chance, bit like a vulnerable motorcyclist prediction wins
A new version of the Prelude never,S2k yes NSX obviously yes,us older folks were spoilt before now it's all limited and OTT and expensive
