^ Haha good film that :)

Actually thinking waaaay back I think my original sidelights were in there pretty solid. I've got clear-lens sidelights now and they just pop out.

Once you've undone the screw, they only come out forwards, like parallel to the side of the headlight. Don't bother pulling sideways. Maybe you could get something to tap from behind

if you stick some duct tape on the lens and fold it back on its self to make a flap to hold on to, pull the tape but dont lift it off. that should help give you a bit of purchase.

It allows you to reach the bulb holder and turn it. :geek:

Went to change my sidelights for the MOT, and it turns out I do have a tool (I think). It's not like yours though...

I missed it first time round as it was clipped on one of the side lights, and I assumed it was some sort of protector for the loom that I was missing on one side. Turns out it's a clip on handle to give you purchase on the bulb holder to twist and align it easier :stupid:

I've never seen one of these???

One of my ludes (embarassingly, I can't remember which one) has extended mountings on the sidelight holders - about 2 inches long, so you can reach them fine anyway.

That's the one. Mine are fitted to the plug holders rather than stored seperately.
