Most people don't get the opportunity to tie them to the back of a Tornado and fire up the after burners though...
(Not many teeth put up a fight against that)

My dentist is also a qualified equine dentist. Wears shorts to work in December though so I'm not sure if he's all there.

Good luck mate. Had all mine out in the last couple years. Had the first two on one side out on a local. Then the next two a year later. The worse part was the 5 injections and then hearing the crunching of the tooth being pulled out

The second time round it got infected and i experienced immense pain and agony. My dentist gave me a large dosage of anti biotics. It all turned out ok in the end and it makes a world of difference with them out

Hope all goes well

Get to tesco and stock up Orajel. It's about £5 for a tube, but it is amazing!

I had one of my wisdom teeth sawn (Yes SAWN) out under local. They gave me no follow up pain relief or advice. So I asked at the pharmacy and they told me Orajel as it has benzocaine in. After a few days close to tears (I'm a 6 foot, semi muscular man) in pain. I can only tell you that it was beyond relief that within second of applying my whole face was numb! Haha!

my friend is scared of the dentist

one tooth was giving him pain catching on his mouth, so he filed it down with a metal file

I couldn't believe it when he said that to me, just go to the drokking dentist

when cleaning teeth its easy to forget to brush the wisdom teeth, my dentist told me off the other day

Thanks all.

I'm back in the world, was only under for around 40 minutes.

Currently have a face full of local anaesthetic, not looking forward to it wearing off though :( they have provided me plenty of pain killers though, and they said it was fairly straight forward, so hopefully no adverse side effects.

eat painkillers BEFORE it starts hurting dude! Stay on that wave because its nigh on impossible to get back on the crest. Codine and paracetamol. lots of. ibuprofen for swelling, not pain.
