Oil topped up fine. With oil change less than 3 months ago. The switches look fine and solenoid cleaned 3 times. I suggest an ECU reset as the problem would not of cleared. Have you put the battery back on and tested it Craig?

Yep. No different accept when vtec did work for 2 mins it was stronger. Lol. Missed it engaging properly.
Thinking new pressure switch from honda with a new gasket/filter thingy. Only thing i can do i put my h22a5 solenoid on and take the pressure switch out of the one i have got on the car now. Worth a try maybe?

Maybe mate. Personal opinion don't take the switch out. Replace it if anything. @wurlycorner needs to put his wisdom back into this thread!

At a festival this weekend, so not much visiting of the site! :D

If everything I suggested on the phone on Friday is fine (oil level, engine getting up to temp, solenoid and the solenoid filter has cleaned and there's no problem with the wiring to the solenoid) I'm not sure where to go next without referring to the manual/giving it more thought. There's bound to be some others on here that could offer some advice already though.

If you want to try a different solenoid, Crunchy had one for sale cheap I think?
