They're cheap, but all (and I mean all) support is via a forum where they pretty much ignore you. Should you ever have an issue, you're screwed.
crikey. very limited indeed. I guess you get what you pay for.

I am with t mobile and have been since the day I first used a mobile phone haven't really had an issue with them apart from their coverage is bum droppings.

The new SIM card will presumably have a new number and hence have come with zero credit.

Go into the t-mobile shop and they should be able to transfer your original credit and number over to the new sim. Then you should be able to use that top up card :)
