From what I hear that Polo project never sold because he'd cut out important structural strength areas in the bay and surrounding areas, and it wouldn't have been safe... Don't shoot the messenger though could just be a rumour...

No idea, he wanted a lot for it apparently, but the work that had been done on it wasn't up to par. I think he may have broke it? It was probably worth more in parts for someone who'd want the engine and maybe some spares for their Polo?

Well at least the guy got something for it. Shame though. I'm going to bug Duo into letting me get the tape measure out around his and see what measurements i can get. I've looked through the bible but it doesn't really help with Audi conversions
