I came close to giving up on a supercharged Prelude and in place of a DC5. But it would have to be the facelift without the saggy flappy bingo wing head and rear lights.

I do like them. But i like the DC2. Cant choose....sticking with Prelude. Win.

Went to view and test drive a DC5 this afnoon and kerching! hopefully collecting it next weekend :) Its much better than I expected and the dashboard is much better in person than what I have seen in the photo's. The car certainly feels very driver focussed.
The plan is to keep this one completely stock apart from an induction kit for the glorious N/A sound track, and just to really tidy It up and keep it in good condition. I think once the lude is back on the road i'll put it in storage as they don't seem to be depreciating!

Its a pre facelift model, the later ones seem to attract a bit of a premium and tbh I can't justify the extra cost, plus this one was local! I didn't push it as its not my car yet but when the guy gave it some beans it felt pretty planted.

I don't think i'll be able to really feel the difference between the Lude & DC5 until I drive them back to back.
