Been a bit blowy in Stoke, lots of rain, but thankfully nothing major. Trees have come down, that's about the worst.

No, flood isn't, but rainfall is ( days of 5mm above, IIRC at this late time of night!) which we definitely have had many of. Fortunately they're too busy banging in completely BS claims to think of lining up something valid like that!
Typical contractors  Re wind, there might (though it's subjective) be recourse under 60.1(19), an event that would have had such a small chance of occuring that it would have been unreasonable to have made an allowance for it. ;)

What if the B clauses were subtracted from the Z clauses due to the A clauses having a legal dispute with the A+ clauses over custody of the lower case a clauses?

Nope, we are running NEC3 Opt A :D

 I think they're catching wind of the rain. Possibly suggesting delayed blockwork...

And I was right :geek:  it's "number of days with rainfall more than 5mm" (but is also "the cumulative rainfall (mm)").
Either way we'd be drokked if they did put in a claim under that  (provided the disrupted activities could be reasonably tied to that of course)

And especially for Gayno...

Does that make you feel better then? :D

I'm just waiting for the sun to come out so Thames Water can impose a hosepipe ban.
