I am lifted by all you good wishes it does help alot to know there are people who care for me. I saw the Doctor again today and he is recommending a course of facit joint injections in my neck, he thinks they might work. I have had these in my lumber spine before and were utterly useless but I will give it ago again. NHS did a MRI on my kneck and have completely lost the scan results!!!!!!!So its another MRI before we start(and people wonder where the NHS money goes!). As to the reference to bald people I have you know I have all my hair although it is now grey(its just all the drokking stuff below it thats buggered)
When I know what is happening to me I will invite those who wish to visit around to my mansion. I will post up ticket prices nearer the date. I will arrange a parking area for 5th gen owners somewhere out of sight so not to destroy the prices of houses in my road.
Thats it for tonight as my hands are packing up and the morphine and scotch calls along with my bed!
I have kleptomania,
But when it gets bad,
I take something for it.

You need putting down you old facker.

On a serious note, I hope you get sorted mate, age is a cooont and will hit us all in different ways.

We'll have to change that old adage from "at least you still have your health" to "at least you still have your Prelude...."!

I fell asleep in the MRI scanner last week  full spinal scan and I'm out like a light within 5 mins. Twas a nice little rest in the day for me but the lady was a little suprised.

I hope they can easy your pain a little buddy, especially if it can coincide with the national meet in August. I am shouting at them now after three and a half years of back pain and mobility/work issues and finally getting somewhere. It is a lonely road but you are not walking all by your self mate.

I don't know you Paul, but it must be awful so you have my best wishes also.

Can't fault the NHS myself tbh, I think for what we pay it's astoundingly good service - I sure as hell wouldn't want the bill for treatment for things like this, it would be vast. And as for countries where these systems based on private health insurance... Well if anything serious had happened for these 3 months I've been off work, I'd be drokked, wouldn't I!

As a general I think Muscular-Skeletal problems are a very difficult area for doctors. Often there's nothing actually to be seen so it makes diagnosis/treatment much harder :? (not relevant to Paul's condition, but for pure ache/pain etc)
