Yes that type. I have seen professionals attempt one had have difficulty so much so, that they gave up whilst i was spraying a car. The metal is very tough and only certain hardened tool can dig in and the shape cannot be easily copied without the key code.honda-hardy wrote:this type easy.
Congratulations to vtecmec for winning May/June's Lude Of The Month, with his DIY Turbo BB1 build.

Well can I suggest Honda again?? Only reason is that the OEM locking nuts are made by McGuard. And there is a type that is the same as that pic (locking key with fat collar). It might just match a master key they should have. Its a long shot but worth a try I suppose.

One life, LIVE IT! Get VTEC, LOVE it. Drive a Honda and ENJOY it.

Roughly in order:
- - Replace that broken piece of plastic which holds the bonnet support pole (watch this space for suggested upgraded part).
- Clean out inappropriate copper grease from brake caliper slide pins and correctly apply silicone grease (yes, my bad).
- Get a piece of metal fabricated which the boot lid torsion bar clip slots into because the area under my rear parcel shelf is damaged.
- Fabricate a cooling plate out of black corrugated plastic.
- Respray the paint damaged rear skirt.
- New magnetic sump plug.
2000 Honda Prelude 2.2 VTi (H22A8 / BB8).

I need to do this as well.CARRisma wrote: Get a piece of metal fabricated which the boot lid torsion bar clip slots into because the area under my rear parcel shelf is damaged.
The clip that holds the torsion bars has bent the parcel shelf bit.. I had tried to cable tie them all together but cable ties even made it worse.
