I went with an open mind, I learned alot and it slowed me down where it counts.

I think its a real shame that none of you have had even close to the positive experience I had. I walked away from it with a new outlook. This is down to the trainer rather than the subject I believe and I am glad I had a good one.
I can still remember some of the lessons taught in that course and it was three years ago.
me too the 2 guys who did mine where funny informative and fair 8-)

Mine honestly were assholes, and with my father in law attending the course a few months ago i was already aware of that before i went.
Most of the people on the course were people who were caught a few mph over the limit in a 30, surely people who are way over would benefit more than the old dear who was doing 31. the course is only offered to people who haven't Been caught excessively over the limit. I was doing 41 in a 30 and the course limit is 42 but in my defence i had just came off a dual carriageway that dropped to a 40 then a 30 and the sneaky muffin was hiding in an layby in stealth mode taking advantage of the fact that the streetlights were not working. I know the road and i know the camera van always parks there so no excuse really. I think @doggo should pay for my course fees seen as i was going to visit @A1ex on his behalf, or was it @drax anyway someone owes me £85

I think knob-heads that do 180's on a dual carriageway while towing should get sent on these courses :tosser:

Not at all imho. its the 2mph over 30 that means you stop 1 car length further than you should have. Thats just space enough to really feel the bike get all mangled and twisted up with the child as they scrape along the undercarriage of my car....because I was 2mph over the limit...

I am not the best driver but it was a few things like that that really made me change the way i thought. I look at the road differently now.
6th gen Prelude please Mr Honda. RWD 2.4 turbo lude.
